a. The DiskwenTulong Card (DTC) is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder.
b. The cardholder must present the original DTC together with one (1) valid government-issued identification card bearing the same name before availing of any discount or privilege.
c. The discounts and privileges offered by the DTC are valid only at participating partner establishments and are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each partner establishment.
d. Unless expressly permitted by the partner establishment, DTC discounts and privileges cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, discount, voucher, coupon, loyalty program, package, senior citizen or PWD discount, or any other promotional offer.
e. The partner establishment reserves the right to impose reasonable limitations, exclusions, blackout dates, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions applicable to the discounts and privileges offered.
f. The partner establishment may refuse to honor the DTC if the cardholder fails to present the required card and valid identification, if the card has expired, has been altered or damaged, or if fraudulent or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected.
g. The DTC remains the property of the Rotary Club of Naga Heights and may be suspended, revoked, or cancelled in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
h. The Rotary Club of Naga Heights reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the DTC program, including its participating establishments, discounts, privileges, and these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice, provided that such changes shall apply prospectively.
i. The Rotary Club of Naga Heights shall not be liable for any product or service provided by partner establishments. Any concern relating to the quality, availability, or delivery of products or services shall be addressed directly to the concerned partner establishment.
j. By using the DiskwenTulong Card, the cardholder acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
