The Rotary Club of Naga Heights participated in the Rotary District 3820 4-in-1 District Learning Seminar, a comprehensive capacity-building program designed to equip club officers and leaders with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to effectively fulfill their responsibilities during Rotary Year 2026–2027. Through focused learning sessions, the seminar strengthened participants’ understanding of Rotary programs, leadership, club administration, membership, The Rotary Foundation, and other key areas essential to building vibrant and effective clubs. The activity also provided opportunities to learn from District leaders, exchange best practices with fellow Rotarians, and strengthen connections across the District. The Club President successfully completed the prescribed learning program, reinforcing the Rotary Club of Naga Heights’ commitment to continuous leadership development, informed governance, and effective service.
