BINHI NG KINABUKASAN (BINHI) is a scholarship program of the Rotary Club of Naga Heights that provided educational assistance to 100 students of Jose de Villa National High School in Barangay Manguiring, Calabanga, Camarines Sur—a far-flung community with limited access to educational and economic opportunities available in urban areas. By easing the financial burden on students and their families, the project enabled beneficiaries to continue their education with greater confidence and stability. Beyond supporting individual learners, BINHI also strengthened the school’s Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) by improving its financial resources, enabling it to undertake timely and relevant programs and projects for the benefit of the entire school community. Through this initiative, the Rotary Club of Naga Heights invested not only in the education of 100 young people but also in the long-term growth and resilience of a geographically underserved community, creating lasting impact through education.
