Project LEAD (Leadership, Ethics, Action, and Dedication) was a collaborative youth leadership development program conducted by the Rotary Club of Naga Heights together with its sister clubs for the student leaders of Naga College Foundation – Basic Education Department. The activity equipped participants with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to become ethical and effective leaders through three learning sessions: Basics of Interact, Ethical Student Leadership, and How to Create Lasting Impact. The program introduced students to Rotary’s youth leadership opportunities, emphasized integrity, accountability, and service as the foundation of leadership, and challenged participants to become changemakers in their schools and communities. Through this multi-club initiative, Rotary strengthened its partnership with educational institutions, promoted youth leadership and character development, and inspired the next generation to embrace Service Above Self while creating lasting impact in their communities.
